How it works
From catalogue to showroom.
An overview of how the current showroom was produced, and how the same workflow would apply to your materials. Steps are marked as verified (they are how today’s product was built) or proposed (agreed per project).
- 01
Prepare the material catalogue
Design images, codes, categories and sizes are collected and processed into web textures at true sheet scale. Where the source provides it, original images are kept for reference.
- 02
Configure visualization scenes
Rooms are modelled to real dimensions, with each laminate surface defined as an application area. Lighting is rendered in Blender Cycles and baked so it loads fast in the browser.
- 03
Enable interactive exploration
The catalogue and rooms are combined into the 3D showroom: surface selection, finish simulation, comparison, shortlist and shareable links.
- 04
Share the showroom experience
The showroom runs on a URL: on your website, on a sales tablet, or as a link sent to a client. Deep links open a specific room and decor set.
Stage 1
Material assets
Verified in the current showroom
Design images, codes, categories and standard sheet sizes. Each image is mapped so one image equals one full sheet, keeping grain and pattern scale true on the furniture. Images are never upscaled or altered.

Stage 2
Catalogue configuration
Verified in the current showroom
Designs are processed into web textures and thumbnails with a catalogue file: searchable by code, filterable by category, with the original image available for reference.

Stage 3
3D scene preparation
Verified in the current showroom
Rooms are modelled to real dimensions in Blender with three named application surfaces each. Lighting is rendered in Cycles and baked into lightmaps; models are compressed for fast loading.

Stage 4
Interactive experience
Verified in the current showroom
Catalogue and rooms come together in the browser: surface selection, finish simulation, comparison, shortlist, export and shareable links, on desktop and mobile.

Stage 5
Publishing and demonstration
Proposed for your project
The showroom is published as a web link that can be placed on your website, opened on sales tablets or shared with clients. Custom domains, branding and embedding are agreed per project.
