An interactive showroom for every surface you sell.
Grainline Studio is a browser-based 3D showroom. Buyers put real decor designs onto real furniture, compare finishes and combinations, and keep a shortlist, without installing anything.

3D showroom interface
Rooms you can walk your customer through.
Each room is modelled to real dimensions and lit with global illumination rendered in Blender Cycles, then baked so it runs smoothly in a browser. Orbit, zoom, jump to front and side views, or let it auto-rotate. The camera stays inside the room.

Catalogue browsing
The whole collection, searchable by code.
Browse every decor as a sample card, filter by category, search by design code, and open the original design image before applying it.

Material selection
Click the surface. Pick the design.
Every room has three application surfaces, such as door fronts, carcass panels and accent shelving. Hovering a surface shows a pulsing ring; a click opens the palette right at the cursor. The print is mapped at true sheet scale.

Surface and finish preview
Matte, satin and gloss, in the room’s own light.
Finish simulations change how the surface reflects the room around it, from a soft matte sheen to a lacquer-like gloss. They are visual simulations, clearly labelled as such, to help compare looks rather than replace specifications.

Comparison tools
Previous versus current, on one view.
The compare tool snapshots the previous decor and lays it over the current one with a draggable divider, using mouse, touch or keyboard.

Selection workflow
Shortlist, export, share.
Add decors to a selection saved on the device, export it as TXT or JSON, download a screenshot of the current view, or copy a link that reopens the exact room, decors and finish.
